Board and Train
The Wag Academy offers board and train programs designed for obedience training and behavior modification, with programs lasting 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. These immersive programs provide professional training in a structured environment, addressing issues like leash manners, impulse control, and problem behaviors. Using positive reinforcement and real-world exposure, our trainer helps dogs build lasting skills. Owners will receive personalized guidance to maintain their dog's process after completing the program.
Daycare Board and Train
Current Wag On Inn customers receive free daycare during training, allowing their dogs to socialize and exercise in a safe, supervised environment. All daycare and train customers must complete a behavior assessment through Wag On Inn to attend daycare during their training stay.

What to Bring to Your Board and Train
When preparing for a board and train service, it's important to bring your dog's essential items, including their food and any medications they may need during their stay. You should also pack a favorite blanket or toy to help them feel more comfortable and secure. Additionally, make sure to provide up-to-date vaccination records and any specific instructions or preferences regarding their care or training. If your dog has a specific routine, sharing this with the trainers will help ensure a smooth transition.
Food
Please bring sufficient food for the entire duration of their stay, along with any necessary medications, treats, or supplements. We recommend avoiding switching your dog(s) to a new food within two weeks prior to their training.
Comfort Items
To help your dog feel more at ease during their stay at boarding, consider bringing comfort items such as their favorite blanket, bed, or a familiar toy. These items can provide a sense of security and familiarity in a new environment, helping reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, including an item with your scent, like a worn t-shirt, can offer extra comfort for your pet.
Vet Records and Negative Fecal
Please bring updated vaccine records, including proof of Bordetella, Rabies, and DHLPP vaccinations. Additionally, a negative fecal test conducted within six months prior to the training dates is required. These documents help ensure the health and safety of all dogs during their stay.
